Can I add my company logo to PDF quotes?

Yes. Upload your logo (PNG, JPG, or SVG) in Settings and it will appear at the top of every PDF quote. You can adjust logo size and positioning to match your brand guidelines.

Which email providers are supported?

AddToQuote supports 6 email providers: AWS SES (default), Gmail OAuth, Outlook OAuth, SendGrid, Resend, and Mailgun. Configure your preferred provider in Settings → Email Integration. Gmail and Outlook require OAuth 2.0 authentication for secure sending.

Can customers download PDFs from the quote?

Yes. Customers receive PDF quotes as email attachments and can also download them from the customer portal (if enabled). PDFs are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 and accessible via signed URLs.

How do I convert a quote to a Shopify order?

Click "Convert to Draft Order" from the quote detail page. AddToQuote creates a Shopify draft order with all line items, pricing, and customer info pre-filled. Shopify then sends an invoice with a payment link to the customer.

What file formats are supported besides PDF?

Currently, only PDF is supported for quote documents. However, you can export quote data to CSV or Excel for bulk analysis and import into other systems. PDF is the industry standard for professional proposals.
