AddToQuote includes 6 pipeline stages: New (fresh requests), Qualified (verified leads), Proposition (being prepared), Quoted (sent to customer), Won (converted to orders), and Lost (archived). Every quote starts in New and can be moved through stages via drag-and-drop or Shopify Flow automation.
The 6 core stages (New, Qualified, Proposition, Quoted, Won, Lost) are fixed to ensure consistent analytics and team collaboration. However, you can use star ratings, custom tags, and internal notes to add additional context and filtering within each stage.
Quotes can be assigned manually via the CRM interface or automatically using round-robin rotation. The least-recently-assigned algorithm (LRA) ensures fair distribution across your team. You can also use Shopify Flow triggers to auto-assign based on product type, quote value, or customer location.
